History and Winemaking

La Biòca, a small winery in the Langhe region, meticulously handles the production, refinement, and sale of their wines in the Fontanafredda area of Serralunga d’Alba. Their charming farmhouse complements the winery’s operations. They exclusively use grapes from their vineyards in Monforte d’Alba, Novello, La Morra, and Barbaresco, dedicating 8 hectares to crafting exceptional labels.
