The Platine Crémant de Loire Brut is a testament to the region’s winemaking tradition, blending Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc to create a wine of exceptional elegance. Using the méthode traditionnelle, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by extended aging on the lees, which contributes to its fine bubbles and complex flavour profile.
