History and Winemaking

Villa Borghetti, located in the heart of Veneto, selects only the finest grape bunches for this Ripasso. After an initial fermentation and maceration on the skins for 15 days, the wine is re-fermented on the used Amarone grape skins, enhancing its structure and aroma. It is aged for 12 months in barriques of varying sizes before being blended and bottle-aged for an additional six months, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.
