The 2024 Stoneburn Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white wine from Marlborough, New Zealand, crafted by Stoneburn Vineyards. Nestled on an old riverbed, the vineyard benefits from stones that retain warmth, fostering exceptional ripeness and flavour. This microclimate ensures the grapes deliver a true expression of the renowned Marlborough terroir.

Tasting
Intense aromatics of guava, lime, and passion fruit leap from the glass. The palate is bold and refreshing, with ripe tropical notes complemented by a grassy, citrus zing, offering a crisp and clean finish.

Pairing
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like oysters, prawns, or grilled fish. It also complements fresh goat cheese, herby salads, and zesty dishes with lime or citrus accents.

Winemaking
The grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning to preserve their freshness. After being chilled, de-stemmed, and gently pressed, the juice was cold-settled and fermented slowly at 14°C in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. This careful process maintained the wine’s vibrant fruit character and crisp acidity.
