In Italy, balsamic jelly is a beloved accompaniment to cheese. Simone from La Vecchia Dispensa has given this traditional pairing a modern twist, making it a firm Founder’s favourite here at Mouse & Grape.

Pair with Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh bread, and olive oils.

Cherry, Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP [cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)] 46%, grapes sugar, concentrated cherry juice 10.4%, gelling agent: pectin, natural cherry aroma.
