History and Winemaking
Hailing from Jumilla, Spain, one of the best regions for Monastrell, Xenysel is committed to producing organic wines that reflect the region’s arid climate and limestone-rich soils. The Monastrell vines, some of which are over 40 years old, are grown at high altitudes using dry-farming methods, ensuring low yields and exceptional concentration of flavour. Fermented with natural yeasts and made with minimal intervention, this wine is a pure and authentic representation of the Monastrell grape.
