Join us for a brand new guided tasting event on Tues 8th April as we take you on a journey, learning how to pair cured meats with wine. Our Award-Winning British Charcuterie supplier BrayCured join us to showcase a variety of their delicious cured meats from air-dried beef bresaola, flower meadow hogget, venison to air dried ham; all handmade in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. These will all be paired with 4 wines and extra accompaniments like olives and cornichons.
