Product Details
Location
Brightwell Ash is made at the Earth Trust Farm in South Oxfordshire, England. Fraser Norton and Rachel Yarrow, inspired by French traditions, craft this exceptional goat’s cheese using milk from their own herd of pedigree Anglo Nubian goats.
Tasting
Brightwell Ash offers a fresh, tangy taste with a pleasantly light and silky texture. The wrinkly, ash-coated rind may develop mold as it ages, providing a depth of character and subtle seasonal variations.
Pairing
Enjoy Brightwell Ash on a cheese board, paired with fresh fruits, nuts, and artisan crackers. Its tangy and bright flavour also complements vibrant white wines or a crisp Rosé.
Recipe
Brightwell Ash can be enjoyed on its own or used in various culinary applications. Melt it into a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich, crumble it over salads, or incorporate it into pasta dishes for an added tangy twist.
