Product Details

Merula is the second olive oil from the Valdueza Estate, made from a blend of olives grown on the estate: arbequina, hojiblanca, picual, and morisca. The result is a beautifully balanced and versatile oil with a soft, subtle flavour. Perfect for drizzling over a cheese board with young Manchego or Starnachus, alongside a light-bodied white wine. 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (100%).
