Product Details
Trebbio is crafted from a blend of local olive varieties grown on the Tuscan estate surrounding the villa, including a rare cultivar once thought to be extinct. The Italian National Research Council has since recognized it and renamed it Dianora del Trebbio, in honour of Clemente’s daughter, who plays an integral role in the project.
Each olive is harvested early and cold-pressed at their mill immediately after picking. The result is a peppery, intense olive oil that captures the essence of Tuscany.
