History
Trebbio Olive Oil comes from a Tuscan estate with ancient olive trees, known for its commitment to quality production. The estate grows a rare cultivar, Dianora del Trebbio, once thought extinct. The Italian National Research Council rediscovered this cultivar and named it in honour of Clemente’s daughter, who plays a key role in the estate’s work. The team carefully hand-harvests every olive and cold-presses them immediately after picking to preserve peak flavour.
