Recipe

Caramelised Red Onion and Stilton Blue Cheese Puff Pastry Tart
Ingredients:
1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry (320g)
3 tablespoons Woodbridge Caramelised Onion Chutney
100g Stilton, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or Gas Mark 6.
Prepare the puff pastry:

Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Lightly score a 2cm border around the edges of the puff pastry, being careful not to cut all the way through. This will allow the edges to puff up while baking.
Assemble the tart:

Spread the Woodbridge Caramelised Onion Chutney evenly within the scored border of the puff pastry.
Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the chutney.
Scatter the fresh thyme leaves over the top.
Bake the tart:

Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg to give it a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Serve:

Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Serve warm or at room temperature as a delicious appetiser or part of a main course.
Enjoy your quick and easy Onion and Blue Cheese Puff Pastry Tart with Woodbridge Caramelised Onion Chutney!
